Biz-Voip
Biz-Voip is our Hosted Voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) application that provides real-time, two-way voice capability over a broadband connection. The product combines the two most-used tools of the business trade, the phone and computer/Internet, creating a single communications platform that delivers the best of both worlds. With Biz-Voip, you make local and long-distance phone calls using an Internet connection. Biz-Voip replaces the need for the often more cost-prohibitive and less accommodating premises-based phone system model. It eliminates the necessity for multiple vendors typically required to provide popular applications like voice mail and integrated messaging. Biz-Voip brings it all together, integrating your voice, video and data communications over a single, reliable network service.
Converged Technolgies with Minimal Investment
As an outsourced and fully managed solution, Biz-Voip delivers converged technology that requires minimal capital expense, provides automatic software updates, is highly scalable to accommodate growth and offers easy online administration and trouble ticketing.Designed to Fit Your Business
Whether your business has one or multiple locations, is brick-and-mortar or supports road warriors and teleworkers, Biz-Voip keeps users connected from virtually any location, increasing efficiency throughout your operation. You Control Your Communications
Administration portal enabling online user setup, moves, adds, changes, hunt/pick-up group configuration and online ticketing.
Positioned for the Future
Biz-Voip works wherever there is IP connectivity. That makes it easy and cost effective to upgrade, add and change services, users or locations. Biz-Voip is flexible enough to change easily and instantly to meet your evolving requirements.Increase Productivity
Mobile and distributed workers, including teleworkers and remote offices, can access full in-office tools from virtually any location, anytime. Your employees can route calls to follow them wherever they go, manage incoming calls and voice mails from any Internet location, and they can even set calling rules to identify and handle priority calls versus those considered less critical. The portal is accessed via Microsoft® Outlook® Integration providing unified messaging and integrated e-mail and voice messaging capabilities.Save Money
Biz-Voip eliminates the need for separate voice and data networks, reduces IT expenses since NationsLine manages the network components, eliminates redundant costs for services such as calendaring, messaging and client software licensing and lowers telecom capital expense, management costs and cost of moves, adds and changes.Business Benefits
